1. Repairs & Service
The Printer People provides a wide range of workshop and on-site (mobile) services. We repair and service all brands of printers, fax machines and personal copiers. Come to us or let us come to you. As sign of our competence, we are an Authorised Warranty Centre for Brother and Samsung printers and multi-function devices.
Plus PCs, laptops and networks (wired & wireless). Through our Business Partner, Techs In Black Computers located next door to us, we have a team of technicians that include Microsoft Certification and Australian Computer Society accreditation. Between them and our own printer technicians we have had vast experience with many types and brands of IT equipment. Unlike single operators who run their service from a mobile phone and an ad in a local rag and/or a mailbox flyer, we run a professional retail showroom with a purpose-built workshop. This gives us credibility and gives you confidence (and somewhere for you to physically go for follow-up support). Plus TPP is a registered partner of Microsoft, Trend-Micro and D-link. We are also an agent for TPG Internet. All that partnering surely has to give you confidence in us.
2. Copying & Printing
Whilst The Printer People are not "printers" per se, we do photocopying and short-run laser printing on plain paper up to A3 size. We can copy and print and copy in both colour and monochrome (black & white) and duplex (double-sided). Printing electronically from disk produces the best quality and enables us to fine tune any minor formatting problems (often at no cost). Indeed, many of our clients email us then collect later. We can even guillotine your work to produce A5 and A6 flyers. Bulk and repeat work can be negotiated at very competitive rates.
3. Faxing
The Printer People have high quality fax facilities at your disposal. Whether it is faxing outwards overseas, interstate, local or having us receive your faxes, we will attend to your every need - in the strictest confidentially - and at very attractive rates.
4. Laminating & Binding
The Printer People are specialists in small Laminating and Binding jobs. We can mostly offer a while you wait service on Laminations from business card size up to A3 size. And we can bind A4 up to 500 sheets with spiral, rear cover and front clear cover.
